🌟 Today, we shine the spotlight on our Homegrown Hero, Megan McIntyre! Megan is our High School Counselor and proud alum of the Class of 2002. She has been guiding and supporting BHS students for 13 years.
Megan and her husband are both Boone graduates who are now raising the next generation of Toreadors. Their three children are all part of the Boone CSD family.

On Women’s Equality Day, we reflect on an important milestone in our nation’s history—the certification of the 19th Amendment. This amendment ensured that women across the United States gained the right to vote.

Angela Crouthamel graduated from the BHS Class of 1993 and is currently a Kindergarten Associate at Boone CSD!
From attending Boone Schools as a preschooler to now shaping young minds today, Angela's journey has come full circle. She started her kindergarten journey at Page School in 1980, and 32 years later, she returned to work at the very same school until it closed. Her dedication to our community and its youngest learners is truly inspiring!
