The PTO is a joint effort between the Boone Schools teachers and parents to support the teachers and students in the Boone Community School district. 🎉 15 years is our next milestone to celebrate! First up, we extend our congratulations to Sarah Ingram, who has dedicated 15 incredible years to Boone CSD! As an Associate at Boone High School, she has been an invaluable member of our educational family. Her passion for working with a diverse range of students shines through in every interaction.

🎉 Celebrating Two Decades of Dedication at Boone CSD with Whitney Schneider, a 4th-grade teacher at Franklin Elementary! Teaching at Boone has been a positive, fulfilling experience for Whitney. During her time here, she said she has worked with and learned from so many wonderful people.
Lucky to spend her days with nine- and ten-year-olds, Whitney finds immense joy in connecting with her students. She says, "Watching them gain confidence is very rewarding. I hope they know I will always be in their corner, supporting their learning journey!"
Congratulations, Whitney, on shaping the minds and hearts of young learners for 20 years!


🎉 Next up are our 20-year staff members! Congratulations to Kelly Earll, our Vocal Music Teacher at Boone High School. It has been her goal to instill lifelong lovers of music in her students. For two decades, she has been a dedicated force, not only teaching music but also fostering a deep appreciation for it.
Her commitment goes beyond the notes on a page. Kelly recognizes the profound impact music can have on the cognitive and physical development of a child. "I'm so blessed to be a small part of that here at Boone," she expresses with gratitude.
Cheers to Kelly, who has filled Boone High School with melodies of inspiration and has played a vital role in shaping the musical journeys of countless students!

Lauralee's journey is rooted in her deep connection to Boone. She shares, "Boone CSD provided me with the education I needed to be successful in my future, so I knew this was where I needed to be to help other kids feel successful and loved."
Lauralee has worked alongside some of the "best humans on earth," who consistently uplift, encourage, and educate both students and colleagues. Lauralee says, "I have been blessed to be part of so many kids' lives. They bring so much energy and light to everyone around them. It is the BEST part of being in education."

🎉 As the 7th/8th Math Teacher at the Middle School, Steve Sandvig reflects on his incredible 25-year journey at Boone CSD. From witnessing changes in buildings and facilities to experiencing community support, Steve feels fortunate to have been part of the growth and success at Boone CSD.
"I have had the privilege to work with an outstanding core of teachers throughout these many years. Together, we have worked through the many changes and challenges of education," says Steve. "One thing that has remained the same is everyone's commitment to our students. It doesn't matter what building you are in; you will find the same sincere commitment from all of our staff and administration."
